Why our in-house solar team matters

Started as an installer, still runs like one
JM Solar Solutions started with one person on the tools — our founder, Jeeva. He'd watched too many solar companies sell a system, cut corners on the install, and vanish a year later, leaving homeowners with a problem and no one to call.
He wanted to prove the opposite could be true: a solar company that installs properly, prices honestly, and is still there when you need it.
In the early days I'd tell people straight if their roof wasn't right for it — even when we needed the job. That's the only reason anyone believed us the second time.
It wasn't an easy sell in the early days. In an industry where plenty of installers had already let people down, hardly anyone believed a solar company could be different — so we earned it the slow way, one honest job at a time. Winning the trust of Victorian homeowners took years of quality installs, straight answers, and putting the customer ahead of the quick sale.
Since 2015, that approach hasn't changed — it's just grown from one installer into a full in-house team, now based in Clyde North with a second office in Strathpine, Queensland. We still believe good solar should be genuine, done right and affordable — and that a solar company should be built to last.
