This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you use our quote form, savings calculator, or contact form, we may collect:

Your name, phone number and email address;
Your suburb or postcode, and whether you own or rent the property;
Information about your property and energy use — such as your rough quarterly power bill — that you choose to provide;
The product or service you're interested in, and any message you send us.

We also collect limited technical information automatically (such as device and usage data) through analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we use your information

To prepare and provide the quote or estimate you've asked for;
To contact you about your enquiry, usually within one business day;
To administer rebate applications and installations if you become a customer;
To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information. If you become a customer, we may occasionally send you information about new products, offers, or upgrades relevant to your system — see "Marketing communications" below for how this works and how to opt out. If you've only submitted an enquiry or quote request and haven't become a customer, we won't send you promotional marketing unless you separately agree to hear from us.

Marketing communications

If you become a customer, we may use your contact details to let you know about new products, service upgrades, rebates, or promotional offers relevant to your existing solar or battery system. These messages are sent in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and every email or SMS includes a clear way to unsubscribe or opt out. You can also ask us to stop at any time by contacting us using the details below.

We don't use enquiry or quote-request details for this kind of marketing unless you've separately told us you'd like to hear from us.

How your information is stored and shared

Enquiries submitted through the site are sent to our business email and recorded in a private business spreadsheet for follow-up. We use reputable third-party providers to run the website and its tools (for example, website hosting, content management, and website analytics). These providers only process information on our behalf and may store data on secure servers, which can be located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are always on — they're needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Non-essential cookies, used for analytics and advertising, only load if you accept them through our cookie banner.
